How to register as a member of NUTP?

• Download and Print-out from the Member Registration Form available from NUTP Website. (www.nutp.org)
  
• Fill in the form and submit it with a copy of your latest salary slip and identity card copy.
• You can also obtain the Member Registration Form from the NUTP Headquarters or any of the NUTP branches throughout the country.
• Send your completed form to the nearest NUTP Branch.
• Don't send any money as deductions will be made through Biro Angkasa.
